Cancellation
- Orders may be cancelled within three business days after submission at no charge.
- After three days, cancelled orders are subject to a 20% cancellation charge.
- Once an order is in transit to you from our facility, it cannot be cancelled.
- Any special made or custom orders cannot be cancelled after three business days of the order being submitted.
Returns
- Should an item need to be returned, please contact us within ten days of delivery. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Return freight charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. Contact our customer service team and we will assist you in arranging an economical return carrier.
- Returned products must be in new and unused condition unless there is a defect in workmanship or material.
Adjustments
- If we reduce the price of an exact product that you purchased within ten business days of your order submission date, we will gladly make an adjustment to your method of payment.
